| Below is the email I received yesterday from Betty Palm. I am posting this for my downline. You should have gotten the same email as I did. I believe the changes to AVON are in our best interest. I am excited about what is happening. Dear Sales Representatives and Leaders, Earlier today we announced important business updates designed to modernize our company to make it simpler for our Representatives and Sales Leaders to earn meaningful incomes, grow their businesses, and find more joy as Avon entrepreneurs. In the last year we’ve made investments in the business in advertising, training, incentives, tools, field events, and an improved earnings plan for Representatives and Leaders. We also piloted a Coach Program a few months ago that generated very strong results. Please take a moment to view a video message I created to share this announcement with you personally. Going forward, we will focus even more on building an entrepreneurial organization, which means empowering YOU, and helping to develop all of our Sales Representatives and Leaders by making even greater investments in training, more field events, incentives, and recognition programs. We have also realized how important it is for all Representatives to have the benefit of a leader and mentor. Our "Lead to Achieve" incentive (see attached guidelines) partners Representatives that do not have an upline Leader with Leaders who are active in their business and willing to provide mentoring and support. Across the business, we are very proud of the progress we have made over the last year, and the best is yet to come.
