I am excited about what is happening. Dear Sales Representatives and Leaders, Earlier today we announced important business updates designed to modernize our company to make it simpler for our Representatives and Sales Leaders to earn meaningful incomes, grow their businesses, and find more joy as Avon entrepreneurs. In the last year we’ve made investments in the business in advertising, training, incentives, tools, field events, and an improved earnings plan for Representatives and Leaders.
